Nicole Dickey has worked at VBF as Pastor Ron’s assistant since January 2011. She currently also works closely with the CSUB campus’ Women’s Ministry, leading multiple Bible studies, and investing in the lives of women through the “Poised Ministry.” She has her master’s degree in theological studies. Nicole is married to her husband John, and together they have three children: Promise, Hezekiah, and Zion.
