Derby Day Par-Tea: Women’s Ministry Annual Fundraiser

Derby Day Par-Tea is the annual fundraiser for VBF’s Women’s Ministry. We invite you to join us on Saturday, May 20, from 11am-1pm, in Station 3:16 at our Main Campus (2300 E. Brundage Lane).

$250 Per Table of 8 VIP Suite Suites (Sold Out)

Event ticket includes a lunch ticket, dessert, and one raffle ticket. Cost is $20 per ticket.

VIP Suite Seats, this table of 8 includes eight event tickets, table appetizers, first-served for lunch, par-tea favors for 8, and specialty decor at the VIP table. Cost for a VIP Suite Seats table is $250.

Girls of all ages are invited to attend. However, all ages will need a ticket to enter.

What will take place? You will have the opportunity to participate in fun events including the Dessert Dash, 50/50 Half-Bred, Pick Your Horse Gift Card Grab, and a chance to win a gift basket. Note: Although this is a fundraising event, just by entering you have a chance to win. You will never be pressured to spend additional money. The number one priority is creating a fun hangout with our VBF gals.

What do I wear? Think springtime, meets tea-time, meets a horserace. Dress to impress and have a chance to win the Fascinator (hat) Fashionista prize. Note: Dressing up and/or wearing a hat is completely optional. If you do not have a hat, we will have free fascinators upon entry. If you don’t want to wear a hat, you don’t need to. Please come as you feel comfortable.

How can I help? Since this is a fundraiser, we welcome gift cards in $20-$200 increments or gift baskets from individuals or businesses. You can receive tax credit as we are a 501c3. If you would like to advertise your business by giving or bless the ministry through a a gift certificate or gift basket, please email nicoled@vbf.org.

Additional Information:
-Child care is not provided.
-Lunch menu is pulled pork sandwich, with salad, and beans. Gluten free options can be made within the same menu. You are welcome to bring food in, should you need a specific lunch diet.
-For fundraising efforts, although cash if preferred, we will accept credit cards.
-Tickets are non-refundable, but are transferable to a friend or family member.
