MEN’S CONFERENCE 2026
DATES: Friday, Sept. 11 – Sunday, Sept. 13, 2026
Men, don’t miss an incredible weekend at our Men’s Conference!
Come fellowship with VBF Churches of Kern County, Atmosphere Church of Thousand Oaks, Valley Vegas Church of Las Vegas, Breakthrough Church of Lindsay, and many online church attendees!
We will have dynamic speakers and a
great time of worship and spiritual renewal!
This conference is for men only. Minimum age is 16 years old (with a male parent or legal guardian), or 18 years and older.
Registration Fee(s)* includes 5 great meals, evening snacks, many recreational activities*, and a 2-night stay in the beautiful mountains of Big Bear Lake, CA.
Camp registration costs are based upon LODGING preference. (See Lodging Options, pending availability.)
*An optional $15 recreation fee “pass” gives you access to premium recreation activities.
-Pre-register with a minimum $40 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot.
-Final Payment is due by August 23, 2026
-Cancellations after August 30, 2026 are non-refundable.
3 On-Site LODGING OPTIONS:
CABIN DORM ($175): These A-Frame Cabins, can be summed up as “camp americana.” Each room holds up to 14 campers in sturdy bunk beds and has a separate loft area. Each room has its own bathroom facility. (They do NOT come with sheets, blankets, pillows, or towels. YOU MUST BRING your own sheet, pillow, & sleeping bag.)
SUGARPINE LODGE ($230) (2nd Story): This unique lodge offers guests their own mini motel! Each room sleeps up to 4 guests and has its own private entrance and bathroom. Many of the beds are bunk style. (All linens are provided.)
FAITH OR HOPE LODGE ($265): These 2 lodges are 2 story, each containing 15 “hotel-style” suites. No bunk beds here … you will rest comfortably on twin beds. Each room sleeps 4-6 guests and has its own private entrance and bathroom. (All linens are provided.)
Off-Site Conference Option ($160): No lodging provided. You must privately book your own lodging off-site. This includes the conference fee and 5 meals. You are responsible for booking and making third party payments for your lodging off the campground site.
